FASTBanking is Convenient - Private - Easy

You get fast and accurate information about your checking, savings, or loan accounts any time you need it. You can access your account from home, the office, even your car-anywhere a touch-tone phone is available. Your User ID and a password of your choosing are all you need. A recorded voice will guide you through the automated menus to the information you need, in English or Spanish.

Just one phone call provides you with access to:

• ACCOUNT BALANCE
  Inquire on all your account balances, available funds, or your latest deposit.
• ADDITIONAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION
  Get the information you need on posted checks and deposits, electronic transfers, ATM transactions, interest postings, maturity dates and interest rates on loans, CDs or money market accounts.
• SPECIFIC CHECK INQUIRY
  Find out when a specific check cleared, if at all, and for what amount.
• TAX INFORMATION
  Receive information about interest income.
• RECEIVE A FAX
  Obtain your checking account summary and transaction summary since your last statement (provided you have access to a fax machine). There is a nominal fee of $1.50 for this service.
• THERE'S MORE!
  When you call, you can have the option of getting all this information in English or Spanish
• FUNDS TRANSFER REQUEST
  Transfer money from one account to another or make a loan payment.

Getting Started

Have the following information ready:

• Bank Access Code - 325
• Your Social Security Number or User ID
• The last four digits of one of your checking, savings, or loan account numbers

Below are examples of account numbers from various accounts which can help you to locate the last four digits needed.

Your First Call

• Dial 1-800-588-1080
  FASTBanking will say, "Please enter your three-digit access code followed by the pound sign." The pound sign (#) is located on the lower right corner of your phone's keypad.
• Enter 325 on the phone's keypad
  Enter your bank access code (325) and press the (#) sign. Enter your Social Security number and press the (#) sign. FASTBanking will say, "Please enter your four digit password followed by the pound sign, or if this is your first time calling, please enter the last four digits of an account number, followed by the pound sign."
• Enter the last four digits of an account number and press the (#) sign.
  For example, 1234#.
• Follow the FASTBanking prompts to enter a "password."
  This is a special code that further identifies you to the system. It will be used during all future calls you make to FASTBanking.

** Once you activate FastBanking, you will be mailed a User ID to log on with the password you created.

Creating Your Password

• Your password must have four digits, but not the same four digits. For example, 4422 or 4442 are okay, but 4444 is not okay
• After entering your password, FASTBanking will ask you to re-enter it. The password you enter the second time must match the first one

Adding Accounts

You may now, or at anytime in the future, add other accounts to FASTBanking. To link additional accounts to FASTBankling, choose Option 4 and be ready to enter the last four digits of the desired account number. That account will be added to the list of accounts available to you. Only accounts having the same Social Security number may be linked. Contact a customer service representative if you have any questions.

Obtaining Information

Once you are on the system, you will hear all or part of the following "voice menu" (based on you account types).
